Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact us via WhatsApp/Call on +91- 7411320994 to cancel your delivery. All orders cancelled before 48 hours of delivery date will be refunded immediately and payment will be refunded to the customer's bank account in 7-10 business days depending on the bank.

Due to the nature of products, cancelled orders can only be refunded if you contact us at least 48 hours before the delivery date - not time. Next day orders cannot be refunded. Products once delivered cannot be refunded. Any damage to the cake during delivery from our executives will be partially or fully refunded depending on the severity of the damage to the customer's bank account
